KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering degree or Technical College. Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
- Relevant work experience on mobile drilling units is preferred, preferably experience in Driller position.
- Interest for and knowledge on digital tools as NOVOS, proNova, RigManager, Power BI, Wellcom, Keystone, Panorama etc.
- Engagement and forward lent approach to performance work.Fluent communication skills in Norwegian and English, both oral and written.
DUTIES/TASKS
Contribute to optimal use of ADC tools byfacilitating and driving continuous improvement and experience transfer acrossfleet.
- Promote chosen solutions within digital tools and autonomous drilling
- Facilitate cooperation between on- and offshore teams. Enhance communication and knowledge sharing between rigs in fleet.
- Ensure updated well plans and configurations in place before operation starts.
- Offer operational support and act as a link to relevant vendors/support centers for system users.
- Monitor performance indicators and contribute to internal and external performance reporting.
- Work on continuous improvement initiatives to ensure top quality operations across fleet.
- Support Performance Center and Operations as deemed necessary by management.
