Deepsea Mira
Deepsea Mira is a 6th generation world class dynamically positioned/anchor moored semi-submersible drilling and service Unit. The design is based on Moss Maritime CS60E and the unit is designed to operate in both benign and harsh environment. The unit is winterized and suited for operation in cold climate Clean design, NOx friendly with environmental improved power units.
The unit is designed for operations in both benign and harsh environments and at water depths of up to 3,000 m.
It is equipped with a full conventional mooring spread for operations in water depths of 70 to 500 metres. The 7,500 mt loading capacity in all operating conditions ensures efficiency, with a reduced need for supply vessels.
The rig has a state-of-the-art, highly efficient drilling system, which includes a high spec Aker MH derrick with capability of offline DP stand- and casing building activities.
The rig is capable for worldwide operation and is especially suitable for exploration- and development drilling in harsh environments.
